Onsite repair or pickup/dropoff service is subject to a $80.00 minimum charge. This amount will be applied toward your first hour of troubleshooting/repair. The following hourly rates apply depending on what type of work you need done: 
Software and hardware installation and troubleshooting, operating system installations and data backup/restoration are billed at a rate of $80 per hour, 1/4 hour increments after the first hour                                                                                  
Network installation, system crash recovery, data recovery and server troubleshooting are billed at a rate of $90.00 per hour.   Trip charge or minimum shop labor charge for diagnosis (unable to fix) is $40.00. Additional travel charge applies for extended travel out of normal service area.
 You may use the PayPal link to the right to pay using debit/credit or with your PayPal account. Paypal payments are subject to an additional 4% charge for payment processing.                                                                                                                                           Typical Charges: Windows reinstall/crash recovery - $80.00 - 120.00 depending on complexity  
System tuneup/cleanup - $80 - includes full Windows and application updates, virus/spyware/firewall check and more 
Hard drive data recover or backup/restore data - $80 per hour
 Example 1: Your computer requires virus/spyware removal and a general tuneup. One hour of software troubleshooting, eighty dollar minimum service charge. Onsite or pickup/dropoff service.
 Example 2: Your power supply needs replacing. One hour of hardware repair, eighty dollars total labor charge (parts cost additional). Onsite or pickup/dropoff service.
